Oh how I feel your pain. Back in the days of yore when USAirways played movies on domestic flights I watched Talladega Nights on a PHX-DCA flight. As my upgrade didn't clear I was in 10A (exit row) next to a deadheading pilot. Not only did he guffaw at every inane antic, but he chose to elbow me in the side at parts he found particularly funny while gesturing at the screen. It made me enjoy the banality even less.
