The catering lady called me back. The good news is that we have the (large) private room which seats about 60 to ourselves. The bad news is that there's a $50 fee. She claims they need to bring in an extra waiter just for the room, which is why they have the fee. Since it shouldn't come out to more than $2 per person, I accpeted it.

By the way, since we were originally going to go for drinks at 7PM I instead made the reservation for that time so we can have drinks there without being in anyone's way.
