The $75 extra is not worth it. I have had 2 trips with the "fancy" lounge access and the rest w/o (just the lobby 'gold' lounge). The executive floor rooms aren't very special. You could also get "upgraded" into one and still not have lounge access. The executive lounge has a nice array of treats at appropriate hours, but not $75/day worth. The downstairs lounge has an evening "reception" including wine and snacks, and has morning coffee and pastry.

The hotel gym is one of the best around.
