The DoubleTree has a really good Sunday Brunch. This isn't what you were asking but I thought I would chime in. Also if you are looking for properties closer to the dome you may want to check out the Homewood Suites that is either just recently open or is opening very soon on Poydras. New usually equates to a pretty nice hotel. You could walk from the Homewood to the Dome. The others hotels would require a cab.
