Sadly, just like those who abuse the handicap placards in cars, there will be those who abuse the pre-board process.

But most of the time I see truly disabled folks who can take advantage of the pre-board and I don't mind it.

You have to take the good with the bad. If the worst part of my day is someone taking advantage of the pre-board process on my flight, I consider that day to be a blessed day.
