Anyone else having any TEQM issues? Checked my FIL's account - he flew a Z fare R/T from Asia to the US. He got the 50% class of service bonus at the time of flying, but only received a 1x EQM bonus posted today...so he's missing the final .5x EQM. Thought Z fares were included in TEQM...
