The lounge in SJO is not open to PC members. If you have Priority pass that can get you in, or some local Costa Rican Bank Credit Cards. There is no free booze, but they do have juice and coffee and some fruits and breads. They have free WiFi, but the rest of the terminal does also. If you have a means of getting in for free, it is worth it, but if it cost you over $25 for the visit, I'd skip it.
