Do any employers have travel policies that allow business and first class tickets, but only one way and not return tickets - requiring that the passenger should return in coach? On grounds that the passenger is sent out to work and arrive well rested, but will get adequate rest after returning home in coach?

Also, do many employers have travel policies providing for business/first when the employee is going straight to duties, but requiring coach when the employee is due to get a hotel night´s rest at destination?
