I have booked STN-IST-SIN r/t on Opodo.uk but I was unable to register my SK FFP No. correctly. On checkmytrip (cmt) it appeared as Q3 EBG123456789. I called Opodo.uk and the agent changed it – then it appeared as TK SKEBG123456789 on cmt. As my FFP NO. normally appears as SK EBG123456789 on cmt, I expected something was wrong. I called Opodo.uk again. Different agent replied that he was unable to register a SK No. in the booking - the system would only allow a TK No.

I called THY; the agent asked for the THY reservation No. (not the Amadeus No.) and immediately said “this is not a Miles&Smiles No.” Agent was however unable to enter it as a SK No. (at first she did not understand that a SK FFP No. contains letters). Then I asked her to change it to my LH No. which was done immediately and without problems.

After the phone call I checked cmt – it still showed TK SKEBG123456789 Either the agent did not enter the LH No. at all or she has only done it under the THY reservation No. (and not under the Amadeus PNR). I’m really confused – what FFP No. is registered? – my LH No. or an erroneous TK/SK No.?

Any idea how to solve this? I prefer my SK No. because I'm SK*G, whereas I’m only LH*S. Would I be able to change FFP No. using online check-in?
