You MUST know I know that! (Although I'd argue that 7,500yen would get you a semi-double with one bed, about half the size of the rooms at the Lutheran Centre)
The OP was asking specifically about shared facilities (baths not showers), which is why I've not brought up these recommendations before.

But that brings up another option I'd forgotten - the Grand Takanawa Prince Hotels in Shinagawa give cheap (under 500yen) access to a very nice Sento within the Sakura Prince Hotel.
As double rooms can often be had for around 10,000yen I consider this to be a much better value option than a Dormy Inn (and the rooms have ensuite facilties too)
