Dusseldorf (with health club managed by the same Royal Ambassadorproof Holme´s Place) runs the same policy.

During my last stay at IC Dusseldorf, I asked the amount to be removed of my bill, which was made instantly.

By the way, I always think it is quite curious to have to pay additional fees, Royal Ambassador or not, to use the health club facilities of a 5 star hotel.
