Sorry to read this debate. As a Gold HHonors member, I have on all occasions this year received upgrades to Exec floors. Maybe it was my fortune to arrive a properties where this space was not sold out at the time I arrived. As a Plat SPG, I seldom get suite upgrades. I don't condemn one program over the other, they complement my travel needs, and I get reasonably well treated at both. We all have bad experiences at certain properties, great ones at others.
