That is IMHO exactly the point of
Venk's mail.
Some posters start ranting (again) about there being too many Golds, but in this case it has nothing to do with the problems
Venk experienced.
Bottom line is that HHonor should put more effort into making sure that elites (whether Silver, Gold or Diamond and whether "earned the hard way" or comped) get the benefits
as described in the HHonor program.
Personally I've never had any of
Venk's problems (I'm Gold), but I think in his case he was cheated, and the 2000 points are a joke IMO.
