If Venk found out that there are available rooms for upgrade and he did not get one, it's a scam because he is entitled to one and they cheated him. While I have had excellent service from the HHonors program, I am not going to defend this type of action just because it never happened to me. The world doesn't revolve around me. Injustice is injustice if it happens to one regardless if we all get our benefits.
