Question Which ICs are also denying complimentary health club access for RAs ?

On a recent stay at the IC Cologne I was told that hotel polica had changed and health club access was no longer free for RA.
Asking, if this is in appliance with the PC T&C, the manager on duty was struggeling and told me, that this was just the case for advanced purchase rates. The waived it off my bill for this time again, but said that next time they would have to charge me.

I asked for clarification via mail at the Ambassador service.
Surprise, surprise, they confirmed my understanding of the RAs benefits that health club useage is included. (see mail below).

I wonder, are there some other ICs, that are trying to deny health club access without charge? Maybe we could arrange a "black list" to warn other RAs.

What is their point in doing so and did you succeed in disscussing with them?

The IC Cologne was pointing out the fact, that the health club here was operated by a third party (Holme´s Place) and therefor they wouldn´t have the need to stick to the T&Cs.

On my next visit at this property I will for sure present them the Mail below and will report, how the react.

Dear Mr. XXX,
Thank you for taking the time to contact the InterContinental Ambassador Service Center.
We would like to clarify that for Royal Ambassador members use of health club facilities is complimentary regardless of the rate booked. Treatments such as massage, facials, manicure may incur charges.
Our apologies for the confusion this matter has caused and we hope to have provided the necessary information. Should you have further questions, kindly contact us directly.

Sincerely,
