Thats correct, all of the phones out for T-mobile 3G have a camera in them. I can't seem to find any unlocked phones without a camera either.

Your best bet would be to wait till T-mobile launches a 3G blackberry on their network. Usually there is blackberry intended for business users that does not include a camera.

Other manufacturers sometime release so called "Business Edition" phones that often times do not include a camera. Just keep an eye out.
