I wonder if anyone has any suggestions.
For years I have been trying to book online flights from YYZ to any destination in the U.S. (for example, SFO.) using BA Executive Club miles.
Each time the BA website does not allow me to do so. First, I "Check with Partner Airlines", and then I get a message similar to this (with variations regarding dates): "There is no availability on this date. Your options are to: Use the links below to search earlier or later Purchase a ticket for money."

After that, many times I booked the same trip via the phone, and tickets were always available. However, each time I was charged a phone booking fee which BA refused to reimburse as I did not book online. All my efforts to prove that the website dos not work were in vain. Any suggestions?
