Indeed. They really don't care. I book out of UK all the time without living living in the UK without any issues whatsoever.

(But I am not a Euro cheat in terms of BAEC - I was a Euro BAEC but I'm now a UK cheat because I'm fed up with the lack of customer services in my home country - my BAEC membership is registered in the UK even though I live in mainland Europe. So above post is only in reference to booking lower fares out of the UK.)
