Followup... used bluechip and no problems at all adding the second driver for free- and again no under 25 fee!

Was comparing this rate and the alamo one for an upcoming family trip to OGG in Nov/Dec... both are about the same... aside from thrifty waiving underage/addt'l driver fees so it looks like the winner
