Why do difficult to make an award reservation?
I can't find any link to show award availability on line, so I call HHonors.
They ask a half dozen questions (besides the necessary ones) to find if there are rooms:
1) Name
2) Address
3) Hhonors number
4) Smoking
5) Children
6) Are you part of a convention?
7) Are you with a group?
Shouldn't the agent just need the location and date of my arrival? Why is all the other info necessary? They only need it if there is space!
