They have several locations in Tokyo, but you can see a picture of Dormy Inn Asakusa's bath room here. Apparently it is not an outdoor bath, but it says they also have an outdoor bath and sauna. Their property in Akihabara looks much better here. You can see their baths here.

This is Kanazawa. It looks better than Tokyo at least.

Sorry if you already have links above. I knew Dormy Inn only as inexpensive hotels, but I just found out they were much better than I thought. I still think you need to be prepared for rooms so small that you could hardly open your suitcase.
