Yeah, I can mail it in, but that's not the point. (And sending a certified letter isn't exactly trivial, either.) My point was if they're going to put up a NW sign and claim to be a NW airport ticket counter, then it seems reasonable to believe they are capable of performing all the duties and providing all the services normally associated with such an installation.
