Just received a reply to my TTU. Just stupid really.
"Thank you for sharing your concerns with us regarding our Delta Sky
Clubs. On behalf of Northwest and Delta Air Lines, we sincerely
apologize for your disappointment with the amenities offered in our Club
at Minneapolis/St. Paul.

"Your comments are well taken and I would like to emphasize that we still
offer a variety of different snacks throughout the day. From opening
until approximately 10 a.m., we normally have mini muffins, yogurts,
date nut breakfast bars, fruits, nut mixes and other items available.
From 10 a.m. until closing, you will be able to enjoy honey mustard
pretzels, biscoffs, nutella and dried fruit. Also, between the hours of
4 until 7 p.m., hummus, mesa rosa nut mix, stuffed olives and cookies
will be set out.

"Mr. Nielsen, rest assured that we are currently working to align all of our lounge benefits as we merge the WorldClubs and Crown Room Clubs into one global network and will continue to provide you with the services
and amenities you know and expect in our Clubs.
You can also be certain
that I have shared your comments with our Customer Experience Planning
and Development leadership team for their review.

"Again, thank you for taking the time to write. We are truly grateful
for the support you have shown us as a WorldPerks member since 1986 and
look forward to serving you again soon."
Aligned? Yes. Worst of the two previous options was taken as the standard.

Continue to provide the amenities I know and expect in the Clubs? Uh, duh. You just told me you were downgrading the offerings and limiting some to only 4-7pm. That is NOT what I know and expect.

Can't this airline be taken over by another one and QUICKLY?!
