I am not sure I understand your question.
When I clicked on your link and clicked on page 1, the first thread which I saw was
How many DBC's have your received this year. I clicked on it and the thread was started today.
Generally, the lower the number of the page, the more current is the thread. Of course, some threads may have been launched as many as 10 years ago but may still be active.
Please let me know how I am misunderstanding your question...
