Tried 2 bookings and get the same!

IME I always get this message after I have changed a booking in any way - e.g. change flight time/date. When I have an unaltered booking it prompts for the cc used to purchase and then gives the e-ticket receipt. This does not, however, include the fare rules or even the fare basis.
