I agree with the above post. Let's all write in and post customer service complaints via TTU and let them know wer're not renewing. Enough of these, and perhaps they'll reconsider. I'm certainly no "DL is ruining NW" complainer, and I do think that DL is improving a lot at NW, but what DL has done to the clubs is terrible, and I will be very unlikely to renew, under the current circumstances.

I am currently sitting in the MSP SC (by the F/G Terminals) and I just spoke to a manager here. Apparently, there is going to be a staff meeting tomorrow (Monday, 7/6/2009) and one of the main agenda items of this meeting will be to discuss the plethora of customer complaints coming in about the downgraded food offerings. She allowed me to sing my own "tale of the blues" regarding the noticeable departure of protein in the food offerings in lieu of cheaper carbohydrates and what that means to me as a Bariatric Surgery Patient (I have to have 60% protein in the food I eat). I highly recommend that everyone call into the MSP SC's and "Fan the Flames" before this meeting takes place tomorrow. Sorry for the short notice, but I just found this out.
On a related note, the MSP SC manager that I spoke to said that there is cheese still being offered - but just at specific times (I am assuming this is 4 PM to 7 PM). Also, the new cheese being offered is a "yellow" cheese (vs. a cheddar cheese). She said that I can ask the staff for the cheese (given my health needs) when it is not out and a staff member will provide me some. This is a very nice offer, but it would be even nicer to have the cheese out during the former hours the cheddar cheese was available - which in MSP I believe meant from 11 AM to close (if I remember correctly).
