I will be in the LA area for Labor Day. Any suggestions for day hikes in the canyons? I will be at the Marina Del Rey Marriott. I have been known, in Chicago, New York, Boston, to walk 10 - 15 miles aroudn town with one stop (to eat). I am not looking for climbing and bringing ropes and stuff, just a day walk or a few hours.
