I'll go first!

I had the misfortune to have to use IKK at a 30% premium to book 3 DFW-YOW tickets a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately, the web site wasn't displaying any Priority tickets, so I called the AP SE line. Agent says he won't waive the booking fee unless authorized by Web Support. He transfers me to Web Support. The rep I spoke to was so clued out she never heard of IKK. She told me the tickets I wanted were available for 519K miles (173K miles/ticket) on the web site so NO, she would not authorize waiving the booking fee. (There was no reasoning with her. It was like an Abbott and Costello skit.) Got transferred back to Aeroplan. The AP agent once again says he won't waive the booking fee as Web Support did not approve it! After much pleading and cajoling, and explaining that Web Support doesn't even know what IKK is, he finally relented.

The whole process took about an hour.
