Hmmm, it's a shame Carne is closed -- I ate at there when I was in Istanbul (actually I ate there once, and had them deliver to my hotel on Friday night so it was served by room service and added to my hotel tab). The rest of the time we just stayed vegetarian; wish I could be more helpful.
