I have to agree that you will get the same perks. I was at the Hilton Arc de Triomphe in May and they treated me very well using a reward stay. I did not get a balcony suite...it's all good. I will say that whatever you want just ask for it and if they can accommodate they will. You will find that even as a d-member some facilities will still try to nickel and dime you but if you are kind and persistant they will appreciate the business that you are bringing and give you want you want (some will some won't but a closed mouth doesn't get fed...just ask).
