If you arrive in S3, you will have one stop at the main 2E building, and then it will be 2F. If you arrive at the main boarding pier, the first stop is 2F
If you arrive in S3, you don't need to take any buses anymore: you just need to walk from S3 until terminal 2F; it's a maximum 15min walk (+ then time to go through the security check in terminal 2F).
Please note that when you will arrive in terminal 2E, you cannot know if you are in the main 2E building (which means taking a bus to terminal 2F) or in satellite S3 (which means walking to terminal 2F).
So just follow the signs for terminal 2F (as flights to Mauritius always leave from terminal 2F, one of the gates F44-F56 ).
