I stayed at the Paris Hilton in June 2001 and the Air conditioning system cannot cool the room adequately on the western side (facing the Eiffel Tower) of the hotel.

We stayed 6 nights and the room temperature was never under 90 degrees.

I spoke with Hilton in Dallas about this problem with the a/c and then received a letter from the hotel and a free stay certificate. They admit that the a/c doesn't work adequately.

Try not to stay at this hotel during the warmer months. It's just too hot to sleep.
