I don`t think so, but flying more eco (innereuropean and innergerman) the last months
I noticed since about begin of the year when fliying eco
- that I have been greeted more often than in C before (happened nearly never before)
- that I sometimes was asked whether I want a magazine
- that I was offered chocolate when leaving the plane
- sometimes even was told that I may sit in business if I want (no official OP UP)
Altogether my experience this year and so far: Quite the opposite of the OP.
