Or will LH hold that connection flight if some of the passengers haven't arrived from their initial flights? Any thoughts about this tight connection?
Concourse A at DUS (Lufthansa and Star Alliance carriers) is incredibly compact, but there are potential issues with respect to the security re-screening required for non-EU originating passengers. 58 minutes is extremely doable for an A->A connection PROVIDED the passenger hustles to get to the front of the transfer security line. The inbound flight will NOT arrive early though as DUS has a strict 0600 noise curfew, so 58 minutes will really be 58 minutes and not anything longer.
