If the route goes by means of loose Angeles and/or Hong Kong, you must change in London. The airport tax is because of this higher.
It is not fly possible to San Francisco as from the Pacific islands or the other way around
Maximum 1 stopper in the Pacific permitted except Tonga and Samoa, these can both be flown towards
