Hilton 800 wont let me cancel a reservation
I have a reservation made through the 800 number at a DT property. When I made the reservation I was told that I had to cance by 4pm day of. I am trying to cancel it now and they are telling me its a 14-day advance notice cancellation, and that I can't cancel it without them cancelling my credit card.
Any suggestions on what to do? I guess I am better off canceling it and getting a cancelation number and then disputing their credit card charge then not cancelling, but that seems to be an extreme option.
