Today I checked out at courtyard and informed the front desk that I was not offered pag when I checked in yesterday. I asked for the pag cash guarantee, GM appeared and said that 200 points were deposited at check in. I told him, I was not offered. When I check in and asked him to inquire the clerk bit gm said he is not working at this time. Anyway, he seems to be aware of the cash gurantee but was going to comply. He said that he will call marriott rewards for advise, he came back snd told me that he is only required to give me the 200 points or take an item from the grocery. This is a courtyard. If I have any issue with this, please call Marriott rewards. He is making good for the pag. I called Marriott rewards and MR gave me a number to call, told me to call courtyard hotel management as MR is does not get involve in this issues. O wish for a one stop customer service.
Flyertalk forum, What to expect from this pag ? Just accept this 200 bonus when we remind them at checkout, perhaps I should have remembered my pag, my fault, hehe. Any advise. Thanks
