1st time in Seoul. Early A.M. transit from ICN to Sofitel?

I'm departing for my first trip to Seoul next week, arriving ICN at 3:55 AM, and will be heading to the Sofitel Ambassador Hotel.

I've read here about the KAL Limousine/Bus service... looks like their first trip from ICN is at 4:50 AM, so unless we really breeze through arrivals, this might be our best bet.

A contact at the hotel offered their private-car service, which will take us directly to the hotel, but is quite pricey (₩110,000).

Does anyone know of other options I should consider? Any thoughts on how long we should plan to spend getting through customs/passport control on arrival?
