When I check into CY,FI or TP, they are excellent and the verbal recognition is almost embarassing. I check into a FI in Tucson last month as they had a little menu board on a stand and it said "thank you to our Plat members for staying with us" then it listed all the Plat members staying there that night.

Was that the FI on Butterfield in the business park with the Waffle House next door? I've stayed there twice and they always had the last names of the plats staying that night on the placard.
