So if you want to make a blatant example of where things might lead to you could think up a scenario where there is a note at the curtain of the Première cabin which says "Employees only" (thinking of it, we sort of have that situation already, bar the note on the curtain), or situations where AF employees and their buddies get the confirmed seats and pax get bumped (thinking of it, we sort of have that situation already when AF staff + friends travel on one of the Rx tickets)... so maybe I just can't think of things to be worse?
What is fun is that some AF management people claim that the reason why they raised F awards on April's Fool to ridiculous levels unseen on other airlines (usually 2.5 times of what they were less than a year ago), is that
"revenue pax complained that there were too many award pax in F". I am sure that they dont believe what they claim, but simply yielded to staff to secure more seats in F for employees.
