How to Request Missing Miles from Shopping Partner?

I have miles on United for myself and several family members. All of these will expire in a few months.

So, in the midst of a home renovation, I ordered thousands of dollars worth of plumbing supplies and related hardware from the ImprovementDirect family of stores. I ordered through the United portal for the points, and also to extend my expiration dates.

And I got no credit on any account.

So I emailed ImprovementDirect. I first got this response:

Hello! I know that in the beginning of May, our marketing team Disabled the United Airlines Miles on our sites as we were looking to re-negotiate with United. I am told we are expecting that program to be back up around the end of this month. Thank you!
Of course, as I pointed out in my next email to them, their link is still on the United partner list on their site. And, as of this writing, it's still there.

I also pointed out that some of my transactions occurred before May. To this, I now get no response.

They claim "up to 5 miles per dollar" with no real explanation. OK. I didn't dig in there. Could that mean "0"? I really don't think so.

So they've stopped responding to me.

I'd like to contact United, but, in their area for request missing partner credit, there is no way to contact them about retail purchases.

Does anyone know where to contact United for missing credit? Has anyone else has these problems with the ImprovementDirect family of stores?
