CO flights used to be shown on searchs at nwa.com. Even though CO is still in SkyTeam for now, are they boycotting each other?

I have a $25 certificate from NW because of a very delayed flight. It's good until 3/2010. The fine print says it's also good for CO flight numbers operated by CO. Will CO still accept it? Or in early 2010, will they say that NW is defunct and is now DL so tough luck.
