I am starting to dislike the exit rows for one reason, there is almost 100% certainty you will have someone next to you, between agents changing people to the exit rows and all, where the rest of the plane has plenty seats.
Completely depnds on the flight. My flight on Monday EWR-CDG had 3/4 of the exit rows with only 2 people assigned. And the 4th was empty.
We moved our pair to take both 15 and 16 ABC and had
lie-flat coach seating for the TATL.
