I am a FB Silver member which means I'm a Skyteam Elite as far as I know. I'm flying to the US this summer and I was wondering what kind of benefits my FB Silver card gives me on Continental?

I know I can use the Elite line for check-in and boarding and that I get extra miles. I'm flying a return flight OSL-EWR (booking class: V and W) so no free upgrades.

Is there any chance for getting an Exit Row seat? And in that case what do I have to do?

Any other useful benefits I should be aware of?

I don't expect a big amount of benefits, but I only fly for pleasure so I doubt I'll be Silver again anytime soon. So I just want to make sure I get to enjoy the benefits
