Of course, I wish there was a simple work-around to phantom upgrades - I believe DL already has a list of the priorities for passengers (used in a situation such as standby/irrops/denied boarding/op-ups, etc.). Simply take that list and upgrade the top five passengers on that list at the gate - it's not as good as NW's value-points based system, but at least it's a start that would keep hybrid upgrades in the program until if/when DL can get NW's points-based value system into Deltamatic.
