Apparently the guy was dancing in the boarding area before the flight.

I guess that didn't raise enough suspicions to bounce him.

After his arrest, he claimed he forgot to take his medications. I'm sure everyone is shocked to hear this.

There was also apparently a medical emergency on board the same flight. It was apparently the medical matter that caused the plane to divert. It's unclear whether the naked guy would have otherwise continued his transcon trip (in handcuffs).

I guess US needs a policy for this -- do you divert if someone takes off all their clothes?

What a flight, though. All they were missing was a mechanical and a jihadist.
