the lounge can get packed but you can store your stuff.....
there isn't much RIGHT in the area....but you could hop the 151 bus IIRC right outside across the street....lets off on michigan ave...then walk around.
personally i would get something to eat in the station, maybe walk over to the CVS outside and across the street.....and rest in the lounge but that's just me!
