This is a fine property in a good location. I got it day of on hotwire.com for $69. It shows up as a 3.5 star hotel in downtown Ft. Lauderdale. It is a very short drive to Ft. Lauderdale beaches.

Its decor is a little out of date but I was very pleased with it at that price. It should be easy to identify on hotwire since it has 3.5 stars--how many other hotels in downtown could have 3.5?

I am assuming the prepaid rate will give me credit towards the CNTU promotion, although perhaps no points for the stay. Can anyone confirm?
