NW maintentance is still managed under NW's Part 121 Certificate, not by DL & TOC.

With a serious incident on June 23 on HKG-NRT (June 24 on this side of the date line), it is highly unlikely all A330's were fixed by the time our tour started at 1:30 p.m. on June 26.

I also think that if NW had them all replaced, we'd be seeing news releases & reports all over the place.
