However, having a list of exactly what we'll lose ahead of time should keep most people on this board calm.
So far I know NW Elites will be losing the following after the transition to Deltamatic:
1. Phantom Upgrades go away; and have been discussed to come back in the future.
2. PE/GE upgrades on award tickets go away; and should be brought back for DL/NW PE/GE in the future.
What else are we losing? And, again, will this be clearly communicated in one concise email?
If DL/NW attempts to make this change without a heads up of the details I envision this board going crazy. Just a hunch

I think that is a very reasonable request, and I know will certainly be on the minds of a lot of people. I would also agree that well orchestrated communication through all these changes is imperative.
I think Delta clearly understands at this point, what features it will be impacted with the cut-over in October, and should have some idea about the timeline to restore those features, at least that was my impression from the Q&A. Some were covered, and to be honest, I didn't capture them so I will let others chime in. This is an important topic and I would suggest that we make it a separate thread so it doesn't get "lost in the weeds" in this thread. I am sure Josh and members of his team can chime in there and give everyone the latest updates as they are available.
